PERCALL and ARCESI create the first PLM & IOT training for people with special needs

French law requires all companies in the private sector of at least 20 employees to hire people with special needs in the proportion of 6% of their total workforce.
Big companies are very sensitive about this and are particularly attentive to partners who respect this commitment.

In keeping with these solidarity values, PERCALL has teamed up with ARCESI to create the first PLM and IOT training devoted to people with special needs.

ARCESI Academy, the training center of the ARCESI group has piloted the training program for half of the training hours on PLM and IOT, the other half is devoted to test methodologies, to an upgrade in English and to cross-functional modules.

A digital services company (DSC) created in 2000, PERCALL specializes in the incorporation of PLM and IOT systems into the major high-technology industries: Aersopace & Defense, automotive, luxury, transportation and major European manufacturers ... the staff of PERCALL raises today to 300 members.

ARCESI is the first digital services Adapted Enterprises group in France, ARCESI permanently employs 80% of people with special needs in a dynamic environment with high added value. Created in 2013, the group is active in 7 regions and employs 160 people.

This training will allow PERCALL to set a long-term action by integrating into its projects people trained in IOT and PLM technologies, to strengthen its competitiveness at the level of large accounts by offering models that incorporate ARCESI as a privileged partner.

PERCALL and ARCESI plan to train 2 classes of 5-7 consultants per year. The first class began on October 16 and ended on January 12, 2018.
Percall will integrate 6 ARCESI people in its teams in early February 2018.
